Location, good enough room and staff at the reception. A boy and a girl, they both were very helpful and welcoming. 14.03.2023 Also it's just a two steps from Cathedral church, looks amazing.

The location is very handy if you like to explore the old quarter or walk to West Lake. The staff were polite, friendly and very happy to help. The airport transfer was also much cheaper than the Grab or Taxi.
